Our mission is to offer a phenomenal wax at a reasonable price in a spotlessly clean environment — and to offer this service every time you visit us. We have full-service menus for both women and men and offer everything from bikini waxes to tummy-strip waxes to full face waxes. Our job is to remove hair in the most gentle way possible, but more importantly, our job is to help you look and feel your best. We understand that waxing is personal, so we're committed to making you comfortable, both through friendly, straightforward service and the very best waxing products available.
All of our technicians are New York State licensed and, as a combined group, have over 50 years of experience. The waxes we use are nothing short of wonderful and are developed exclusively for us — chamomile and shea butter wax, creamy wax and hard wax (the kind that doesn't require strips), all geared towards making the waxing process less painful and leaving as little redness as possible. We also do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
In order to accommodate all of our customers, we ask that you change or cancel your appointment 12 hours before you are scheduled to arrive at maxwax. Should you fail to do this, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. With regard to lateness, we will hold your appointment for 10 minutes, after which time we cannot guarantee that you will be seen by a technician.
